Account

Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number (09XX format), email address, date of birth, and a strong password. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, submit the form, and verify your number via the OTP sent to your phone. The whole process takes under two minutes. Registration at RichPH is completely free — no registration fee, no minimum deposit required just to open an account.

No — one account per person is strictly enforced at RichPH. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact our support team to recover it rather than creating a new one.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at RichPH. Your age is declared at registration and confirmed through identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are permanently closed and reported.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered Philippine mobile number, and an OTP will be sent via SMS. Enter the OTP, choose a new password, and confirm. Your account is accessible immediately. If you've lost access to your registered number, email support@richph.best with your full name and ID details for assisted account recovery.

Identity verification at RichPH requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) plus a recent selfie. Upload both through your account settings. Most verifications are completed within one business day. Your account is fully playable while verification is pending — it's only required before your first withdrawal is processed.

To permanently close your account, contact support@richph.best from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method before the account is closed. If the reason for closure is gaming-related, consider activating a self-exclusion period first — see the Responsible Gaming page for details.

Deposits

RichPH accepts all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no third-party currency conversions — what you deposit in ₱ is what lands in your account.

The minimum deposit at RichPH is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other methods may vary slightly — check the deposit page in your account for the current minimums per payment method. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard accounts, though very large deposits may be subject to an additional verification step for security purposes.

GCash and Maya deposits credit instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within 15 minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, first check your GCash or bank app to confirm the transaction was successful and note the reference number. Then contact RichPH support via live chat or email support@richph.best with the reference number — our team can trace and credit the deposit manually if needed.

RichPH does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, your payment provider (e.g. GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees for certain transfer types. Check your payment provider's terms if you're unsure. The amount credited to your RichPH account will be the amount you sent, with no deductions from our side.

Withdrawals

Log in to your RichPH account, go to the Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or your verified bank account), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you deposited with where possible. Your identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal processing times at RichPH: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay) usually take 15 minutes to a few hours once approved. PESONet bank transfers may take up to one business day. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer as the identity verification step is completed. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount at RichPH is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by method and account tier — check your account's withdrawal page for your current limits. VIP members at Gold tier and above have higher daily withdrawal limits and fewer restrictions on single withdrawal amounts.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal at RichPH include: identity verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, withdrawal amount below the minimum or exceeding the daily limit, or a security review on the account. Your account dashboard will show a reason if one is available. For anything unclear, contact support@richph.best with your withdrawal reference number and we'll explain what's needed.

Bonuses & Promotions

The RichPH welcome bonus is automatically available to all new members on their first qualifying deposit. Once your account is registered, make your first deposit (minimum deposit for bonus eligibility is shown on the Promotions page). The bonus is credited to your account automatically — you'll see it in your Wallet under "Bonus Balance". No promo code is required for the standard welcome offer.

Wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be converted to real withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally — Baccarat and slots typically contribute 100%, while certain game types may contribute less. Bonuses at RichPH have expiry dates — if the wagering requirement isn't completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically. The expiry date and wagering progress are both visible in your Promotions dashboard. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support with the bonus name and approximate date and we'll check the activity log.

Yes. RichPH runs regular cashback and rebate promotions — weekly cashback on net losses for certain game categories is available to all members, and rebate rates increase with VIP tier. VIP Club members from Silver tier upward receive automatic weekly rebates credited to their accounts every Monday. Every RichPH account is automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Member tier from the moment of registration. As you play, you earn loyalty points on every qualifying bet. Points accumulate and move you through the tiers: Member → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond → Elite. Loyalty points are earned on every qualifying bet placed at RichPH. The standard earning rate is 1 point per ₱100 wagered on most games. Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings, and select "Responsible Gaming". From there, set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reductions take effect immediately.
