RichPH Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RichPH, operated at richph.best (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and RichPH ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the RichPH platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. These Terms apply to all areas of the RichPH platform, including but not limited to the casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting sections, VIP Club, promotions, and any customer support interactions.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms that apply to individual bonuses or events on the RichPH platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms take precedence for the specific promotion concerned.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at RichPH, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list administered by RichPH or any recognised Philippine gaming authority.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have had a previous RichPH account that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms.

RichPH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory verification documentation may have their accounts suspended and withdrawals withheld pending review. This is standard practice under our licensing obligations and is applied to protect all players on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the games and services at RichPH, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other fields marked as required in the registration form.

One account per person is strictly enforced at RichPH. Each individual may maintain only one active account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different names — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you discover you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it without penalty.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Notify RichPH immediately at support@richph.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account names cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
• RichPH reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

Account information must be kept up to date. If your mobile number or other contact details change, update them promptly through the account settings page. Outdated information can delay account verification and withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on RichPH are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). No foreign currency is accepted, and no currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. This applies to all supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits are credited to your RichPH wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer timelines depend on the sending institution and may take up to one business day via standard channels. RichPH does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent is prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• RichPH reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as required by our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Funds deposited into your RichPH account for the purpose of gambling cannot earn interest.
• Failed deposits that result in a deduction from your bank or e-wallet but no corresponding credit to your RichPH wallet should be reported to support with transaction reference details.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your RichPH account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. RichPH does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

Processing timelines vary by account tier. Standard accounts receive same-business-day processing on most withdrawal requests. VIP Club members receive progressively faster processing — Gold tier members receive priority queue placement, Platinum members receive guaranteed same-day processing, Diamond members receive approximately 1-hour processing, and Elite members receive the fastest available processing. • Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements attached to the specific bonus. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• RichPH reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing is initiated. Once a withdrawal is confirmed as processing, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

RichPH offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and take precedence over general bonus guidance in this section.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at RichPH unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus credits and real money balance are kept separate in your RichPH wallet. Real money bets are placed first by default, unless a specific bonus activation is selected.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus balance and associated winnings expire after the stated period and cannot be reinstated.
• RichPH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will have their existing terms honoured.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Betting Rules

Specific betting rules for each game category at RichPH — including Baccarat, Live Casino, Sabong, PBA Betting, Fishing Games, and Virtual Sports — are available within each respective game section. The following general betting rules apply across all categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game and market. These limits may vary by account tier.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, RichPH will resolve the bet in accordance with game-specific rules. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Results generated by certified RNG systems or live dealer outcomes are final and binding.
• RichPH reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing error or technical malfunction that produced incorrect odds or game conditions.
• For sports betting markets, including PBA Betting, RichPH follows standard settlement rules for each sport. In-game market settlements follow real-world official results from the relevant sports authority.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the RichPH platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without notice:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account in any form.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or other methods that circumvent intended bonus use.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any software that automates play or betting activity at RichPH.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly continuing to play or bet when a manifest technical error is producing incorrect outcomes or odds.
• Money laundering: Using the RichPH platform for any financial activity connected to money laundering or the proceeds of crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate RichPH deposit.

RichPH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required. Financial irregularities detected on the platform are reported in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations under applicable Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

RichPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all sections of the platform. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts after playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

10. Account Suspension and Closure

RichPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's self-exclusion request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Regulatory direction from a licensing or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, RichPH will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder via the registered contact details where it is permissible to do so. Real money balances in accounts closed due to confirmed violations may be withheld pending review of the circumstances. Balances in accounts closed at the player's own request, or following self-exclusion, are returned to the player through their verified payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the RichPH platform — including but not limited to the RichPH brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and the overall design of the platform — is the property of RichPH or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any RichPH content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform content — such as screenshot sharing for personal reference — is permitted provided it does not involve the publication or redistribution of platform materials in a commercial context.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, RichPH shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or hardware failures outside our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Disruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law. RichPH's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

RichPH collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering at RichPH, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. Your data is never sold to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@richph.best.

14. Amendments to These Terms

RichPH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the RichPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the RichPH support team to seek an informal resolution. RichPH will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, players may escalate to the relevant regulatory authority under which RichPH is licensed.
